Return Policy

Please contact Mindheart Spiritwear at info@mhsw3h501c3.com before returning a product. Please include the reason for the return and we will respond to your request within 24 hours with the best option and relevant information (like our facility’s return address) on how to proceed with returning your item(s).

Defective Items – Products that need to be returned because they are misprinted, mislabeled, damaged or defective items, Mindheart must be notified at info@mhsw3h501c3.com within 3 business days after the product has been received. Please include photos of defective item, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  Return shipping and reshipping costs are covered by Mindheart.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Reshipping costs are covered by Mindheart.

Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You (the customer) will be liable for reshipment costs to yourself once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you (the customer) will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

 

Exchanges -  

  • Buyer’s remorse - Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue  a refund for the order.

  • Size Exchanges - Our return policy doesn’t cover refunds for purchasing an incorrect size. However we do honor exchanges for an incorrect size purchase if Mindheart is notified with 3 business days from the date of delivery.  Please contact Mindheart Spiritwear at info@mhsw3h501c3.com before returning a product. Please include the reason for the return and we will respond to your request within 24 hours with the best option on how to proceed with returning your item(s). You (the customer) will be liable for shipping costs incurred to return product(s) to our facility.

  • Other Exchanges -  If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item, you (the customer) will be liable for all return shipping and reshipping costs.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

Therefore Mindheart reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
